The first time I meet Michella was at the first Union Meeting. I could tell that she was determined to make changes, Michella was the main point person at Dearborn.

The time and effort  Michella devoted to get other nurses informed and involved in the movement was amazing. Michella is a kind, smart, and thoughtful person who would be perfect to represent her follow nurses.
