I have known Michella since we started to organize. Myself and another nurse worked hard in L&D to get us organized and could not have done it without Michella!! She answered every text/phone call and never made me feel dumb! She made it her mission to learn all she could about unionizing and about all the ins and outs of it all! She never once belittled anyone who did not have her same views and truly cared about thoughts and beliefs. Michella is amazing!
