I am proud to endorse Melissa Bosman for Trustee. She has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to our union and to the people she represents. She is passionate, principled, and willing to advocate for what is right.

One of the things I respect most about her is the effort she puts into educating union members. She has taken the time to explain what union representation truly means, what protections we have, and why it is important for employees to understand their rights. She makes complex issues easier to understand and ensures members have the information they need to advocate for themselves.

I have also experienced her advocacy firsthand. When I have felt pressured to do something that I believed could place my nursing license at risk, she took my concerns seriously. She researched the issue and made sure I understood what protections were available to me. Knowing that she was willing to stand beside me during those situations gave me confidence that my concerns mattered.

She has a strong sense of fairness and justice. She is willing to ask difficult questions and speak up when something is not right. Most importantly, she understands that representing union members is a responsibility that requires integrity, knowledge, and accountability.

For these reasons, I believe Melissa Bosman would be an excellent Trustee, and I fully support her candidacy.
