As we embark on this historic journey with our newly formed local, we have a unique opportunity to build a foundation rooted in transparency, strength, and advocacy. The decision you make regarding this 1st Executive Board will shape our working conditions, patient care standards and collective voices for decades to come. This group of Nurses embody the exact leadership, resilience, and vision our Union needs at this critical moment. These candidates have been an integral part of this movement from day one! We need to continue to advance forward with our shared visions. This group of Nurses are not just running for office, they are stepping up to ensure that EVERY NURSE'S VOICE is heard, respected and protected! Unmatched Experience: Each candidate on this slate has a proven track record of excellence and a deep understanding of the daily challenges we face. These are front-facing nurses and have to endure the same adversities from staffing shortages to workplace safety as the rest of us.

A Vision of Unity: These Nurses are committed to bridging gaps across shifts, departments, units, and campuses to build a cohesive & formidable Collective Bargaining Unit! Transparency & Accountability: This group has pledged to keep open lines of communication ensuring that membership is always informed and involved in the decision-making process. This slate represents a powerful combination of experience, fresh perspectives, individual strengths, and a deep desire to fight for what is right for all members.

They are able to collaborate effectively to ensure members voices are represented. I believe a newly formed Local requires leaders who have a variety of experiences and are ready to step up on day 1 and work as hard as needed, for as long as needed, and this group of nurses have demonstrated their ability to do so since the beginning of this campaign back in October 2023.
