I am honored to recommend my coworker, Michella Vincent, for Vice President of the Teamsters Nursing Union.

Having worked alongside Michella, I have seen firsthand the dedication and commitment she brings to our workplace and to her fellow coworkers. Michella is extremely knowledgeable about our union and understands the importance of having strong representation and a voice for nurses and healthcare workers.

One of the qualities I appreciate most about Michella is that she is always available and willing to help. Whether someone has a question, needs support, or simply needs someone to listen, Michella makes herself available. She treats everyone with compassion, respect, and understanding. Michelle is the kind of person you want standing beside you. She is supportive, dependable, compassionate, and willing to advocate for others.

I believe these qualities, along with her strong knowledge of the union, make her an excellent candidate for Vice President. I have confidence that Michella Vincent will represent our members with integrity, dedication, compassion, and a strong commitment to making sure our voices are heard. She truly cares about her coworkers and is committed to making a positive difference.

I strongly support Michella Vincent for Vice President of the Teamsters Nursing Union and encourage my fellow members to give her their support as well.
