Alison Edwards Lorentz was the very person that talked to the Emergency care staff regarding becoming a union. She was so knowledgeable about the union and had experience in the past and was able to answer all our questions and promote this union with a lot of staff that was not for it and was able to change their minds.

Her experience in the union, and knowledge and expertise is one of the many reasons why Alison should be the Secretary/ Treasurer. She is very organized and pays attention to every detail which is another reason we would be so lucky to have her in this role in the union.
