I am proud to endorse my friend and fellow nurse, Katherine Wallace. I have had the privilege of working alongside Katherine for many years and have seen firsthand her unwavering commitment to nurses, our profession, and most importantly, our patients.

Katherine recognized that nurses needed a stronger voice and had the courage and determination to turn that belief into action, leading the effort to establish our union. Her advocacy has always been rooted in protecting nurses’ rights, improving working conditions, and ensuring that nurses have what they need to provide safe, high-quality patient care.

Katherine is not someone who simply identifies a problem—she is willing to stand up, organize, and do the difficult work required to create meaningful change.

I am incredibly proud of what she has accomplished and proud to call her both a colleague and a friend.
