I am honored to whole heartedly endorse an exceptional nurse, friend and colleague to help lead our Local 2024, Chau Tran-Yang. She is an incredibly compassionate, caring, and dedicated nurse who consistently goes above and beyond for her patients, families and colleagues.

I have been honored to work side by side with her for many years and have seen the tremendous work she has put forth each day and the changes she has fought for to better the unit, hospital and profession. Her kindness, empathy, professionalism, and commitment to providing excellent patient care truly set her apart.

She treats every person with dignity and respect, advocated for her patients, and brings comfort and reassurance during some of the most difficult moments. She is not only an amazing nurse, but an amazing person.

Her dedication to her patients, her coworkers, and the nursing profession is evident in everything she does. She is exactly the kind of nurse and union member any organization should be proud to have representing them and fighting for everything that we nurses need to make sure we are able to give the safest and best care for each and every patient. As well as protecting the nurses.
