Alison has been an amazing resource for us at Taylor.

The Union can be complicated and is new to us. Alison has answered endless questions with factual, easy to understand answers. If she doesn't know an answer, she finds out and gets back to us quickly. She never stops! She is so passionate about the Union that she was on her Cruise helping a member in need.

She is amazing and a wealth of information. When a nurse was struggling with possible bullying, she was on top of it within hours! Magically, that behavior ceased and the nurse has peaceful employment now. She is so experienced and always is there to help with a simple text. She is a numbers person and figured out our time clock and payroll policy for us.

Basically, Alison can do anything and she enjoys the challenge. We are so lucky to have her and appreciate her so much!
