I am endorsing Melissa Bosman.

I had the pleasure of working with her as she was a clinical coordinator and I was just a staff nurse. She left to pursue other endeavors and soon I filled her position. What big shoes to fill!

Not only having a patient load of 3 people, she would continously look at ways to improve the unit. She would create excel documents, organize files, and if there was a problem? She would find solutions. Its been years since she left us, and we still implement her hard work here today.

She was the one to go to when something was broken, she was the one to to to when you didn't know who to reach out to and she was the one to go to if you had policy questions. A massive resource and an amazing coworker. She is an asset to anywhere she works, and it was a pleasure to work alongside her.
