Lori Sharp, Farmington Hills

I am very pleased to endorse Chau Tran-Yang. I have worked with Chau for many many years on the largest unit of this hospital. She has proven to juggle so many demands and has the ability to prioritize so many issues while remaining a great listener and contributing to solutions. She has held many leadership roles ie. UPC committee, charge nurse on a very busy day shift, and volunteered to take on more tasks in those roles to better the unit. She just doesn't sign up to be a member, she actively participated. I have witnessed Chau in many situations to be a great listener, compassionate, and problem solver. I believe she will be a great representative candidate and be very proactive in great team outcomes for this hospital.
