I endorse Katherine Wallace's role in 10Kstrong. She listens with a compassionate and patient heart. She is willing to stand up for herself, her colleagues, and those she assists in many health care settings.

She is firm in her belief nursing professionals can advocate for themselves and those they care for. When nurses are recognized and compensated for the work they do, the patients they assist receive the care that helps them achieve their highest level of health.
