I just want to share a few ways Michella Vincent has been an excellent resource throughout our unionizing experience. I have worked with her tabling and also discussing various issues that came up on my hospital floor in order to obtain the Union perspective and recommendations. Our floor has had a lot to learn about how the Union can help us stand up for patient rights and employee rights.

Michella, is outgoing and reaches out to people to ask for their input and to encourage them to vote and to also take action or ask questions when they see something that needs to be addressed. I have loved seeing this active encouragement of people getting involved!

Michella Vincent is a “take action” type person. She is supportive of others. She is a good listener, and Michella is a very clear and direct communicator. Her honesty and straightforward answers have been very much welcomed by me and by others as we asked questions and began “learning the ropes” of our Teamsters Union.
